A Jewish judge is claiming that Donald Trump is not allowed to block users on Twitter. She is saying that it is unconstitutional for him to do so.

President Donald Trump violates the First Amendment when he blocks critics on Twitter for political speech, a judge ruled Wednesday.
U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald in Manhattan stopped short in her written decision of ordering Trump or a subordinate to stop the practice of blocking critics from viewing his Twitter account, saying it was enough to point out that it was unconstitutional to continue to do so.
“A declaratory judgment should be sufficient, as no government official — including the President — is above the law, and all government officials are presumed to follow the law as has been declared,” Buchwald wrote.
The case was brought last July by the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University and seven individuals blocked by Trump after criticizing the Republican president.
The Justice Department did not immediately respond to a message. A government lawyer did not respond to an email request for comment.
Here’s a picture of this ugly rat bitch judge. I couldn’t find a ton of information on her, but I’ve gone with the default assumption that she’s Jewish. She works out of Manhattan and looks like she was spawned from a creature depicted in the Lord of the Rings movies.
This is obviously an insane ruling. The First Amendment protects the right of someone to speak. It does not say that someone must listen to you even if they don’t like what you say. This is literally how this idiot kike judge is interpreting the Constitution.
But if the President of the United States can’t block abusive people from clogging up his Twitter feed, than who else would this ruling apply to? We’d have to assume that it would need to apply also to every other public official who uses Twitter including the judge herself. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind if I clogged her Twitter feed up with Der Strumer cartoons and Le Happy Merchant images.
Rulings like these prove once again why Jews need to be removed from our societies.
